As part of our Eco-Assessment service, a CleverLad^® Conservation water & energy efficiency expert will contact you to collect a range of information about your property: including information on existing bathroom fixtures, light fittings and globes, as well as typical guest behaviour. After analysing all this information you will be provided an obligation free, Eco-Assessment report that includes the following:
